Dependence potential: Pregabalin has potential for physical dependence and misuse, particularly in patients with a history of drug or alcohol abuse. Use only as prescribed.
CNS depression: May cause dizziness and somnolence — do not drive or operate heavy machinery until the effects are known.
Alcohol & CNS depressants: Avoid alcohol and other CNS depressants — combined use significantly increases sedation and adverse effects.
Suicidal ideation: Antiepileptic drugs including pregabalin may increase risk of suicidal thoughts — monitor patients closely, especially in early treatment.
Angioedema: Discontinue immediately if swelling of the face, mouth, or throat occurs — life-threatening respiratory compromise may result.

Do NOT use PREGAGESIC-300 if you have:

⛔ Known hypersensitivity to pregabalin or any component of the formulation

⛔ Severe renal impairment (without appropriate dose adjustment)

⛔ History of angioedema with pregabalin or gabapentin

⛔ History of drug or alcohol dependence (use with extreme caution)

⛔ Pregnancy — use only if clearly necessary and benefit outweighs risk

⛔ Breastfeeding — not recommended; pregabalin is excreted in breast milk

Key Drug Interactions
