Important: Zopisign 10mg is indicated for short-term use only (2–4 weeks maximum), including any tapering period. It is not suitable for long-term or chronic insomnia management, as tolerance and dependence can develop with prolonged use.

💡 Tips for Best Results

• Take the tablet just before going to bed — only when you have at least 7–8 hours available to sleep.
• You can take it with or without food. However, a high-fat meal before taking may slow absorption.
• Swallow the tablet whole — do not crush, chew, or break it.
• Never take a second dose if you wake during the night.
• Do not drink alcohol on the same day as taking Zopisign — the sedative effects are significantly amplified.

Anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction), respiratory depression (especially with opioids or alcohol), drug dependence

⚠ Key Safety Warnings

• Dependence risk: Physical and psychological dependence can develop, especially with use beyond 4 weeks or at higher doses. An exit strategy should be discussed before starting treatment.
• Alcohol: Strictly avoid — combining with alcohol causes severe CNS depression, respiratory difficulties, and can be life-threatening.
• Opioids: Concomitant use with opioids can cause drowsiness, respiratory depression, coma, and death.
• Driving & machinery: Do not drive or operate machinery on the day of taking Zopisign or the following morning if still feeling drowsy.
• Rebound insomnia: Stopping abruptly may cause temporary worsening of sleep — always taper dose gradually under medical guidance.
